Thank you for joining the French Chamber of Commerce’s Victoria chapter for a conversation on helping the Melbournian community come together and reflect on how CEOs lead organisations and find new cultural norms.
The event was moderated by Tim Laporte and Sandra Sieb,co-founders of Leadership Partners as well as the President of the New South Wales Council, Benedicte Colin. The interactive conversation was an opportunity for the Melbournian FACCI community to come together and leverage its creative capacities.
Tim and Sandra helped us reflect on how CEOs lead organisations during this uncertain time as well as how to find new cultural norms and adapt to the current situation.
This workshop gave people the opportunity to share their experience, listen to how other were fairing, see what strategies people had creatively developed to cope with the pandemic and adapt.
