QLD | 2021 Bastille Day Business Breakfast @ Sofitel Brisbane Central
After a year hiatus, our Queensland Chapter was delighted to deliver its traditional Bastille Day Business Breakfast at the Sofitel Brisbane Central!
It was a real pleasure to welcome the members and friends in the Brisbane business community who rallied to make this belated Bastille Day Breakfast a success!
What can go wrong really when you start the day with Nespresso cafe, Champagne Achille Princier and the mandatory macarons & croissants at Sofitel Brisbane Central!?
Thank you to Daniel Keighran VC for sharing some of the intimate stories behind his book “Courage Under Fire” and giving us a glimpse of his experience as a leader in the armed forces. France and Australia have fought many battles together in the past and remain strong allies and strategic partners.
There is no doubt the two countries will continue even closer with Paris and Brisbane both gearing up to host the Olympic Games, as highlighted by our two guests of honour The Hon Cameron Dick MP, Treasurer & Minister for Investment and the Deputy Mayor, Cr Krista Adams.
