Global Technology Services consultancy, Decision Inc., has announced the acquisition of ProQuest Consulting, an Australian Salesforce Summit Partner renowned for delivering exceptional, tailored Salesforce solutions.

“Over the past 13 years, ProQuest has proven its commitment to innovation and customer success,” said Nicholas Bell, Group CEO, Decision Inc. “They’re recognised not only for the quality of their solutions but for a customer experience that stands out in the market; clients feel listened to, understood, and supported with solutions that match their needs and empower them to achieve the highest performance.”

“By combining ProQuest’s Salesforce expertise with our strengths in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data, we’ll set new standards of excellence in delivering impactful technology solutions.”

As part of the acquisition ProQuest’s team will join Decision Inc. Australia, becoming part of the broader Decision Inc. group with ProQuest’s executives joining the Australian Exco. ProQuest’s focus on Salesforce will remain unchanged, while employees from both companies will gain opportunities to expand their skills and deliver even more advanced, integrated solutions to clients.

Aymeric Zito will continue to lead ProQuest Consulting as Managing Director with Clive Roberts as Sales Director, ProQuest Consulting. Zito said:

“Decision Inc. is renowned for its expertise in data strategy, management, and AI,” , said Aymeric Zito, Managing Director of ProQuest.

“Their impressive portfolio of enterprise and government clients, combined with strong capabilities in AI, perfectly complements our Salesforce strengths. Together, we’re positioned to lead digital transformation, empowering organisations across the region to harness the full power of Salesforce, data, and AI.”

Atturra to acquire Melbourne-based Chrome Consulting, a leading OpenText Enterprise Content Management partner.

SCD Advisory is also pleased to announce that Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA), a leading technology services business in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions, has facilitated the exchange of a Share Sale Agreement (SSA) for its subsidiary, Anatas Pty Ltd, to acquire Chrome Consulting Pty Ltd.

CEO of Atturra, Stephen Kowal, said:

“This is yet another exciting acquisition for Atturra that makes us a true market leader in ECM in Australia, an important and growing segment of the IT services market. The synergies between our service offerings and the cultural alignment of both companies are very strong. Chrome’s core offerings and its industry solutions strengthen Atturra’s portfolio, and we see significant upside in the potential to expand into enterprise solutions, something I mentioned in the FY24 Annual Results Presentation.

CEO of Chrome, Mark Frear, said:

“This is an exciting move for Chrome accelerating the next stage of growth as Atturra brings a similar partner-friendly attitude and culture while adding significant complementary capabilities in service delivery managed support and a different customer base. Combined, the acquisition will allow us all to tackle the significant opportunities ahead and deliver even more customer success. With Atturra we can address the SAP ecosystem’s needs more effectively as the deadline for SAP ECC approaches”

Pierre Briand, founder of SCD Advisory, added:

“We are delighted to have assisted Mark, Athol and Daniel on this exciting milestone and we are looking forward to watching both parties achieving their growth ambitions. This marks the 3rd successful deal we’ve completed with Atturra, and further strengthens our track record in the IT services sector, particularly in OpenText/SAP. We wish Chrome and Atturra great success in their next journey.”
