Bondi Liquor Co is the first operating distillery based in the heart of Bondi Beach.

Located in the heart of Bondi Beach, Bondi Liquor Co is the first operating distillery in this iconic area. Specialising in the production of gin and vodka, all products are distilled on site, using organic, sustainable and Australian-grown botanicals wherever possible. 

In the spirit of enjoying life, founder Adrian Henshall's vision for Bondi Liquor Co was not only to create quality spirits, but also to capture the essence of the vibrant Bondi lifestyle in its multifaceted space, which includes a distillery, kitchen and bar. Here you'll find delicious food & drink, a place to relax, good vibes and good people. 

At the forefront of the establishment is the bar, lauded as one of Sydney's premier destinations for craft cocktails. They serve a range of amazing cocktails with their gins and vodkas as the base, as well as some special guest cocktails from their distilling friends. 

Bondi Liquor Co also offers immersive experiences such as gin tasting flights and interactive blending masterclasses to create your own signature drop. Meanwhile, the kitchen menu offers a tempting selection of shareable dishes.
