CYLAD Consulting and CYLAD Experts become CYLAD
After operating for three years as two separate brands, CYLAD Consulting and CYLAD Experts are now united under a single name: CYLAD.
In September 2020, CYLAD Consulting acquired Seestatt Consulting & Interim Management AG, the leading Swiss Senior Expert Organization, which then became CYLAD Experts. Today, the merger of the two entities allows CYLAD to expand its service portfolio; one brand and four delivery models to support industrial companies worldwide:
- Consulting
- Expertise advisory
- Interim management
- Training and coaching
This combination of delivery models allows the firm to provide its clients with more flexibility and offer the setup that will best fit their challenges.
Sebastien Chaussoy, Co-founder and President of CYLAD, says:

In the past 12 months, CYLAD has experienced solid growth, reaching 150 team members worldwide and achieving a turnover of +30 million euros for the 2022/2023 fiscal year. CYLAD has now 8 offices on 3 continents, supporting clients on an international level.
Paul Archer, Co-founder and Partner in France, explains:

This August and for the second year in a row, CYLAD has been recognized by Forbes as one of the “World’s Best Management Consulting Firms 2023”.
